CANCELLATION AND REFUND for Online Film Making Courses.

1. Cancellation by Student:

– Students may cancel in special case, their enrollment in  the course within 7 days of the course start date to receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

– Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period as outlined in the course description.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period has elapsed.

3. Processing Fees:
– Refunds may be subject to processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of processing fees will 10%.

4. Refund Procedure:
– Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, the organization will process the refund within 15 business days using the original method of payment.
– Refunds may take several business days to appear in the student’s account, depending on the processing time of the payment provider.

5. Cancellation by Organization:
– The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or technical issues.
– In the event of course cancellation by the organization, enrolled students will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements may be offered, including transfer to a future course or a full refund.

6. Force Majeure:
– The organization shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or third-party service failures.

7. Exceptions:
– Exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy may be granted at the discretion of the organization in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation.
